Give every seller the power to tag, share, and sell their furniture with a few easy clicks!
Separate Bill gives your sellers the power to showcase their furniture to friends and prospective buyers. Rather than back and forth text messages or spreadsheets of furniture, Separate Bill organizes and automates the bill of sale process. This allows you to save countless hours while creating a ton of value for your client.
Separate Bill is currently free to use for all real estate agents and their clients. We have two options for listings:
Free Listings ($0) allow you to tag up to 7 items for sale.
Premium Listings ($39 per listing) allow you to tag an unlimited number of items for sale
*You or the Seller can upgrade from a Free Listing to a Premium Listing at any time if needed.
Separate Bill does not have a membership option, but we plan to offer unlimited Premium Listings in the future via membership. If this is something that you would be interested in, please email us at Support@SeparateBill.com
As a Listing Agent, Separate Bill should be a part of your listing presentations as an added value to the seller. Being able to handle the client's furniture may be the difference in who they choose to represent them.
Separate Bill is very user friendly, but if you run into any issues you can always contact Support@SeparateBill.com and we will be in touch ASAP.
Welcome to Separate Bill! My name is Tucker Blalock and I'm the owner of The Brokery in Phoenix, AZ. We are a high producing independent that will transact around $350,000,000 in 2022. While I'm a professional real estate broker by day, too often I find myself brokering furniture for my buyers and sellers by night. With very little organization or standard operating procedures to handle our client's furniture, I have set out to change the future of furniture negotiation for all of our clients.
Separate Bill gives your seller the power to turn your listings into furniture showcases that can be shared with their friends or prospective buyers. Once you are under contract, you can invite the buyer to "shop the home" and create their own bill of sale. This process will save you time, reduce your risk, and give your client an experience that matches your high touch service level. Rest assured that you won't be stuck in the middle of chaotic furniture negotiations in the future!
